Zucchini - Flower Blossoms

The Zucchini – Flower Blossoms are not only beautiful but also edible! These vibrant yellow blossoms can be stuffed, battered, and fried for a gourmet dish that's sure to impress.

Temperature: Warm to hot location.

Soil: Well-drained but moist, compost-rich, slightly acidic soil. 

Harvest: squash and zucchini can be harvested at any size.  

Recommendation: Use mulch to keep moisture, water regularly and evenly at the base not getting the leaves wet. make sure there is good airflow to reduce the chance of powdery mildew. Zucchini can be grown with tomato cage type of support or on ground. Remove bottom leaves as the plant grows to improve airflow and access to pollinators. Hand pollination will increase yield. 

Fertilizer: Balanced fertilizer like 4-4-4 amzn.to/4aZ6W9r starting 3 weeks after transplant. and as needed during the season.

Spacing: 18-24 inches apart
