Mustard Greens - Red Giant

Experience the bold flavor and striking appearance of Red Giant Mustard Greens. These luscious greens have broad, crinkled leaves that are perfect for adding texture and zest to your dishes. Ideal for both cooking and garnishing.

Sun: Full sun, which is 6–8 hours of direct sunlight per day. However, they can tolerate as little as 5–6 hours of direct sunlight.

Soil: Well-drained, fertile soil with a pH of 5.5–7.0. You can improve native soil by mixing in compost or other organic matter.

Watering: Keep the soil consistently moist, watering when the top inch of soil feels dry. Focus on watering the roots, not the leaves.

Fertilizing: After planting, feed the plants with a water-soluble plant food to encourage leaf production.

Harvesting: Harvest mustard greens when the leaves are large enough to eat. The greens' flavor gets stronger and the texture gets tougher with heat.

Spacing: 12-18 inches apart
