Dianthus - Arctic Fire

Dianthus - Arctic Fire features charming, delicate flowers with a striking combination of white petals edged in fiery red. These low-maintenance perennials are perfect for borders, edging, or containers, and offer a delightful fragrance.

Sun: At least six hours of full sun per day, but can tolerate part shade. However, they won't flower as much in part shade.

Soil: Well-drained, loose, neutral to slightly alkaline soil. If your soil is clay-based, you can plant dianthus in a container. You can also add compost to the soil, and lime to raise the pH if the soil is acidic.

Water: About one inch of water per week, but are drought-tolerant once established. During hot, dry weather, you should water them regularly.

Spacing

Spacing: 12 inches apart.
